U-VAHAN EV SERVICES Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for orders placed with U-VAHAN.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

1.1 Customers may cancel an order placed with U-VAHAN before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel an order, customers must contact U-VAHAN’s customer support team through the contact information provided on our website or mobile app.

1.2 Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the following guidelines:

    1. • If the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched for delivery, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

    1. • If the cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched for delivery but before delivery is attempted, a partial refund may be issued at U-VAHAN’s discretion.

 

    1. • If the cancellation request is received after a delivery attempt has been made, no refund will be issued.

1.3 Refunds may be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at U-VAHAN’s discretion.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

2.1 If an item delivered by U-VAHAN is damaged or incorrect, customers must contact U-VAHAN’s customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to report the issue.

2.2 U-VAHAN will investigate the reported issue and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances and availability of the item.

2.3 Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence or return the damaged or incorrect item to U-VAHAN for verification purposes.

3. Refund Processing Time

3.1 Refunds for cancelled orders or damaged/incorrect items will be processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request is approved by U-VAHAN.

3.2 The time it takes for a refund to be reflected in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
